This page states the terms and conditions under which you use www.eugelouisa.com. When you place an order at the store, you are buying at least one product. An email will be sent to you, confirming that your we’ve received your order. In the unlikely event that the product is no longer available, you will be informed via email. You will be notified by email immediately of any cancellation.
We will ensure that our store does not have any problems and that the products displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any products in the store are in stock or available. In the event that your ordered products are out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible.
All the information you provide to EUGE LOUISA is strictly private and confidential. Buyers’ information will never be disclosed to third parties.
Any physical and/or tangible product that has been purchased in the store can be returned. To send back products please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. When placing an order at the store, you are responsible for the cost of return. The responsibility to pay for the shipping costs is on your end. Returning shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, products of digital nature or use (that can be duplicated multiple times and keep its original form and function) are non-refundable.
Your product must be unused and in the same state that you received it to be eligible for a return. Also, the product must be in the initial packaging. Finally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Its wise to use a trackable shipping service if you are returning expensive products. Us receiving your returned product is not guaranteed.
Once your return is processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. Within that same email we will alert you of the (dis)approval of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be reimbursed to your initial method of payment, within approximately 7 to 10 business days, provided that the purchased product lives up to the return policy.
If you haven’t received a refund within the given timeframe, contact your bank or credit card company. Depending on your bank it may take some extra days for the transaction to be processed and shown. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Support is guaranteed if a digital product does not live up to its expectations. In this case you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give our best to solve any issue in the best way possible.
All products bought during sales cannot be refunded. Only and exclusively physical and tangible products will be refunded in the form of a voucher of the same amount to spend in the store.
Your order may arrive to you with the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be delivered with your regular mail. If you happen to not be at home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service with further information on how to collect your order.
